What is Employer Connect?

Rizing Tide’s Employer Connect program is an ambitious initiative pairing employers of choice with high-quality job-seekers within the Rizing Tide community. It’s one part recruitment tool, one part employer evaluation tool.

By earning a Lighthouse Badge, you demonstrate your commitment to building a better futureand you join a community of giants.

Employer Participation Tiers

Participate in the Employer Connect program via one of four different tiers. Each tier contains unique annual benefits for employers, letting you pick the benefits—and the price point—that makes the most sense for your organization!

Lamp Level

Annual Cost: $500

At the Lamp Level, employers: 

  • Join a growing list of vetted companies that share the goal of expanding the PT workforce and patients’ access to care.
  • Become a Rizing Tide Lighthouse Employer, and display a logo on our Employer Connect webpage.

Lantern Level

Annual Cost: $1,000

At the Lantern Level, employers: 

  • Enjoy the benefits of the Lamp Level, plus the following. 
  • Upload one 90-day post on the Rizing Tide job board. This includes:  
    • Company name and logo 
    • Job title and description
    • Link to company website’s career or application page (if available)
  • Purchase additional job postings as needed.
  • Participate in a Virtual Career Huddle.

Luminary Level

Annual Cost: $10,000

At the Luminary Level, employers: 

  • Enjoy the benefits of the Lantern Level, plus the following. 
  • Upload two additional 90-day posts to the Rizing Tide job board. 
  • Distribute promotional materials at the calendar year’s North Star Summit. 
  • Craft two individual social posts for Rizing Tide to review and publish during the calendar year. 
  • Attend an in-person event with active scholars.

Landmark Level

Annual Cost: $25,000

At the Landmark Level, employers: 

  • Enjoy the benefits of the Luminary Level, plus the following. 
  • Upload seven additional posts to the Rizing Tide job board (total of 10). 
  • Access Rizing Tide’s database of graduating and working DPTs, including names and physical addresses. 
  • Send out a one-time email blast to our mailing list of scholars and applicants.
  • Enjoy additional congratulatory PR upon a successful hire.

Beacon Level

Annual Cost: $50,000

At the Beacon Level, employers: 

  • Enjoy the benefits of the Landmark Level, plus the following. 
  • Upload 50 unique posts on the Rizing Tide job board. 
  • Access Rizing Tide’s database of graduating and working DPTs, including names, physical addresses, and email
  • Participate in a Virtual Career Huddle.
  • Introduce your organization to our scholars before one quarterly Sandbar Meetup.
  • Enjoy 90 days of onboarding support from Rizing Tide for an employee hired via the Rizing Tide job board.
