Physical therapy clinics across the nation are on the hunt for excellent new hires—but the shrinking PT hiring pool is putting many clinics in a tough bind. That's where we come in! Rizing Tide has a pool of new grad DPTs who are ready to enter the workforce—and we want to help you connect.
What is Employer Connect?
Rizing Tide’s Employer Connect program is an ambitious initiative pairing employers of choice with high-quality job-seekers within the Rizing Tide community. It’s one part recruitment tool, one part employer evaluation tool.
Lighthouse Badge
We support healthy professional environments that uplift employees and encourage career development. Every employer participating in Employer Connect receives a Lighthouse Badge by committing to providing a fair, equitable, and welcoming environment for our community members.
The Rizing Tide Lighthouse Badge tells the world that you care about your employees and the environment you cultivate in the clinic.
Employer Participation Tiers
Participate in the Employer Connect program via one of four different tiers. Each tier contains unique annual benefits for employers, letting you pick the benefits—and the price point—that makes the most sense for your organization!
Lamp Level
Annual Cost: $500
At the Lamp Level, employers:
- Join a growing list of vetted companies that share the goal of expanding the PT workforce and patients’ access to care.
- Receive a company shout-out in one monthly newsletter.
- Become a Rizing Tide Lighthouse Employer, and display a logo on our Lighthouse Employer page.
Lantern Level
Annual Cost: $1,000
At the Lantern Level, employers:
- Enjoy the benefits of the Lamp Level, plus the following.
- Engage with our community as a subject matter expert on our specialty topic board (one employee).
- Upload one 90-day post on the Rizing Tide job board. This includes:
- Company name and logo
- Job title and description
- Link to company website’s career or application page (if available)
Luminary Level
Annual Cost: $10,000
At the Luminary Level, employers:
- Enjoy the benefits of the Lantern Level, plus the following.
- Upload two additional 90-day posts to the Rizing Tide job board.
- Distribute promotional materials at the calendar year’s North Star Summit.
- Showcase your organization with an in-depth spotlight in one monthly newsletter.
- Craft two individual social posts for Rizing Tide to review and publish during the calendar year.
- Invite one more employee to engage on our specialty topic communication board (two total).
- Attend an in-person event at Combined Sections Meeting with active scholars.
Landmark Level
Annual Cost: $25,000
At the Landmark Level, employers:
- Enjoy the benefits of the Luminary Level, plus the following.
- Upload an additional 9 posts to the Rizing Tide job board (12 total).
- Access Rizing Tide’s most-recent database of graduating and working DPTs, including names and physical addresses.
- Invite one more employee to engage on our specialty topic communication board (three total).
- Participate in a biannual Virtual Career Day with our scholars.
- Receive an invitation to attend the in-person North Star Summit event with our scholars.
- Enjoy additional congratulatory PR upon a successful hire.
Beacon Level
Annual Cost: $50,000
At the Beacon Level, employers:
- Enjoy the benefits of the Landmark Level, plus the following.
- Upload unlimited posts on the Rizing Tide job board.
- Access Rizing Tide’s database of graduating and working DPTs, including names, physical addresses, and emails.
- Invite one more employee to engage on our specialty topic communication board (10 total).
- Work with Rizing Tide to connect with clinical education teams at our scholars’ DPT programs per scholar request.
- Enjoy 90 days of support from Rizing Tide for an employee hired via the Rizing Tide job board.
